WOMEN, WISDOM AND WTF?
As women, we care, we do, we feel, we serve, and oh, how we love! We are smart, wise, intuitive, active, involved, aware and we love to learn and grow, committed to being a better us every day.
And, we wonder WTF?
We are concerned about our country, our climate, our civility, the impact of technology and social media on our kids, our family and friends’ health and well-being, our work and making ends meet, we are concerned about our personal relationships, if we are making a difference in the world, animal rights, the less fortunate, violence, addiction, and, managing our own often hectic and busy lives.
We get outraged, concerned, pessimistic, optimistic, resentful and we take action: we march, we vote, and we support candidates, legislation and causes because we care. With all of that, we get tired, feel stuck and cope with anxiety and depression, and at times wonder what is the purpose of our precious life? Are we living the life we want to live?
My professional and personal life has been committed to empowering women to live a life of personal integrity, based on what they want more of and less of what they do not want. I teach easy-to-apply concepts and skills that women can use immediately to improve every aspect of their life, no matter their past or their current reality.
Join me in learning how to love more, resent less, overcome your anxieties and the places you get stuck, and improve your daily life happiness and well-being.
